Terms of service

IrieTrade is an educational and research project. The software, documentation, and website are provided for informational purposes only and are not financial advice, investment advice, or a solicitation to buy or sell any security or digital asset.

  • Use at your own risk. Any trading activity, including paper trading, carries risk. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, account configuration, and losses.
  • No guarantee of performance. Past results, simulated returns, or backtests do not guarantee future performance. Market conditions can change quickly and reverse any edge that appears in history.
  • Independent responsibility. You must review the code, configuration, and broker permissions before you run the bot or connect any exchange account.
  • Third-party services. IrieTrade integrates with third-party brokers, exchanges, APIs, and notification services. Their terms, outages, rate limits, and security practices are outside our control.
  • Not a licensed financial service. This project does not provide brokerage, custody, portfolio management, or advisory services.
